Scott Wheeler
Scott Wheeler has lived in Austin since 1983. He is a certified residential appraiser. After graduating from The University of Texas, Scott joined Wheeler & Associates as a staff appraiser. He has been appraising residential property in Austin, San Antonio and surrounding central Texas communities since 1993.
Scott Wheeler became a partner in Wheeler & Associates in 2003. Besides residential appraisal Scott is in charge of business development and client relations. He also holds a real estate salesman license and is a member of both the San Antonio and Austin Board of Realtors.

Rob Edwards has lived in Austin with his wife and four children since 1991. Originally licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1993, Rob has a wide range of experience in both the public and private sectors including new home sales and as an executive with a consulting firm. With a BA and courses completed toward an MBA, he is a Certified Residential Appraiser. He is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors.
